How can I contact you?

You can schedule an appointment by giving us a call.

We can also come over for a complimentary, preliminary visit to your premise and have a chat about your cleaning requirements. After this we will be able to provide you with an estimate along with a list of services we provide and recommend. Once you agree to our tailored cleaning services in Dubai and Sharjah for your needs, we will share the check list with you so you are assured the service you are provided is personalized, consistent and up to the best quality!

Can I cancel or re-schedule my booked services?

You may cancel or reschedule your booked service at least one business day prior to the allocated booking, you may do so over phone or through your online account with us! If the cancellation is made within the same day of your booked service, you may incur a fee for late cancellation. This is a policy we follow to ensure our great employees are covered for loss of wages. We understand things may happen and plans change, if we are able to, we will do our best to waive off the cancellation fee.

To ensure you don’t forget about your appointment, we send you reminder emails/messages, these notifications are linked to your account. You can log in at any time and make changes to your booked services if needs to do so arise. The changes are set up as alerts in our office, and we will do our best to make the required changes to your booking, we will reach out to you with updates and a solutionthat benefits all parties.

Is the company insured and bonded?

Of course! Our company carries Third party public liability Insurance coverage for breakage/damage to home or office that may occur during the cleaning process.

All our employees are medically insured and covered under the company. They are all provided with life personal accident and employers liability insurance to ensure safety, for company and customer satisfaction.

How much do your services cost?

We take pride in the quality and affordability of our services. Our prices are based on personalized customer plans which are curated based on space and cleaning needs.

What are the cost and payment options?

We charge AED 40 per person, per hour working in your home or space for cleaning services. While making a booking, we require a debit/credit card to secure your service. We also accept cash or cheque payments.

The payment is to be made on the same day after service completion. Cash or cheque payments may be left on the counter for our cleaning service crew leader to pick up if you are not in your house/space where the service is being provided. In the event of a returned cheque, we reserve the right to apply an additional AED 100/ inconvenience fee.

We accept major bank credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. You can also choose to pay with a credit card directly through the CLEANTEL’ POS BANK machine.

We will bill you on a monthly cycle and share the invoice through an email address provided by you. Should you want an invoice for your company, we can provide that as well.

Do you provide discounts for a maintenance contract? (Please advise what this entails so I can phrase the question properly).

Yes, we do offer discounted prices for regular route-based services, for businesses.

Do you offer packages?

As we specialize on offering curated services to each of our clients, are individual approach does not allow us to offer packages.

Are your services available across UAE?

Yes, we work across three emirates: Dubai, Ajman and Sharjah.

What is the process of CLEANTEL when I book a service?

Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email, it will outline the booking date and timeline window (date and time) for when the team is scheduled to arrive and begin the service.

Should I clean up before the cleaning team arrives?

We are happy to handle everything for you, but it would be helpful for you to pick up any clutter before the team arrives or remove any items you don’t want cleaned. This will ensure that we clean as much floor space as possible and don’t accidentally throw away anything you may need.

Is there anything else I need to do before the team arrives?

In order to maximize efficiency and minimize the time the team is with you; we advise to remove any items that may delay the cleaning process. If there are children, elderly people or pets present in your home or office, we ask that you be present during the cleaning process. Although our products and equipment are environmentally safe, we do our best to avoid accidents by implementing this request.

Does the team bring all the required equipment’s and cleaning supplies?

Our team of experts bring all the required tools and cleaning equipment to every service booked. If you require a aprtocular product or piece of equipment please advise our team accordingly ahead of your booked slot.

Our team is trained to disinfect, change clothes and sponges in between services. Our cleaning team travel by car and will be equipped with a small step ladder for higher tough-to-reach-areas. If you need a team with a larger stepladder, please let us know when booking your service and we can arrange the same for you.

You can also choose to provide your own cleaning supplies.

How many cleaner do you send in a team to be at the premise during each cleaning?

We usually send down two members – a captain and a cleaner. This may vary, depending on the type of cleaning and how large or small the area that needs to be cleaned is. We provide our cleaning services in Dubai and Sharjah, while respecting your time, trust and space, if you are uncomfortable with something, please let us know and we will be happy to sort it out for you.

How does one identify your staff?

All our employees carry a valid identification card (ID) and wear a uniform with the company logo. Our transportation vehicles are also branded and easy to spot.

Will your team wear outside shoes in my home/office?

No, our team leaves their outside shoes by your door (outside) and change into their indoor shoes while cleaning your home/office.

How do you ensure health and safety of your clients?

Health and safety of our client is of utmost importance to us. We comply with practices designed by our company that are in line with all the applicable Health & Safety regulations set out by the government.

How about the alarm system on the home cleaning day?

If you are away from your home/office at the time of cleaning, you can provide us with a code to your system so we can de-activate and re-activate it accordingly.

Do I need to be at home/ office while the cleaning is in progress?

We provide most of our services from Saturday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m and understand that these may be your working hours too. You can simply handover the keys to our team leader and rest assured your home or office is in safe hands. You can also choose to have the cleaning during business hours or after hours until you trust us around your home or office without you.

How do you ensure that you offer quality cleaning services?

Customer satisfaction is the key to the success of our company. There is always a supervisor present or sent to check the quality of work after each cleaning. If in any circumstances, you aren’t satisfied with the service provided, you are advised to hold the payment and contact us within 24 hours to have the issue fixed. After the issue is resolved, we will take the payment.

Please note, no refunds are offered by our company.

What if I am not happy with the cleaning service?

If you aren’t happy with the service provided, please write us an email with the details and attach any relevant photographs, so we can investigate the issue you are facing.

After review, we will proceed with our 100% satisfaction guarantee, and aim to provide a re-clean within two to four days of the initial service for any missed/unsatisfactory areas and/or look at an appropriate discount that can be applied to a future service.

We appreciate both positive and negative feedback.

While at my premises in case an accident occurs with one of your employee or employees’, am I held responsible?

We take the full responsibility of any injury or accident that may occur to our members while the service is offered. It is covered under our workers’ compensation program and all our employees are insured. These incidents do not involve the house owners insurance in anyway.

Will you be sending the same cleaning crew to my home/office everytime?

We try to match you with a cleaner whom you are satisfied with and who will continue to tend to your needs. However, on some occasions such as public holidays, emergencies, or travel/holidays of our employees, we may send a different person.

We are unable to guarantee a regular cleaner for four-weekly bookings (unless arranged directly with staff) due to scheduling issues.

No matter which team arrives to your home/office we assure the quality of service each time with all our skilled professionals.

Is window cleaning considered an interior or exterior service?

We offer complete interior window cleaning for apartments and both interior and exterior cleaning for villas.

Do you offer any exterior work?

Unfortunately, we do not, our team specializes in interior cleaning services in Sharjah and Dubai. However, we do offer a balcony service that is available as an added service for apartment and villas should you wish to use that.

How often do you provide the cleaning service?

We provide cleaning services in Dubai & Sharjah as often as you require it. You can choose to use our services daily, weekly, monthly, or just once.

Do you clean entire or multiple buildings?

Yes, we do. Our cleaning services will be personalized to your specific needs. Should you wish to have more than one home/office cleaned within one building, you can arrange that through us.

Do you clean after special events/occasions and provide green services, as well?

Yes, we do. Please make your reservations accordingly to schedule a special cleaning/green service, so we are well-prepared to accommodate you. If you have any special requirements, please let us know in advance so we can arrange accordingly.

Do you clean under furniture?

Yes, we are able to move and clean under objects and light furniture. We can vacuum and mop under heavy furniture (such as beds and couches) however, we will strictly not move any heavy furniture to avoid damage to your floors.

If you prefer us to clean under heavy objects, we request you to move them and instruct our team to clean where specified.

Do you provide steam cleaning services on the day booking?

However, please note the cleaning team may need to come to you at different times of the day, depending on availability. For instance, if you booked a house cleaning service at 9:00 am, the team would arrive as required, and when a team that is trained in steam cleaners becomes available, they will arrive at a later stage. We do have cleaners that are trained in both services, and we will do our best to send down a team that can do both services simultaneously, where possible.

Are your services available over the weekends?

Yes, we do! However, on weekends we work shorter hours and less support office. Our office phone remains closed, but you can contact one of the managers on duty through +971 50 646 9260.
